Safe Harbors of the Hudson believes all housing must first and foremost strive to treat all tenants with dignity and respect. Safe Harbors’ first project began in December 2002. The old Hotel Newburgh was purchased and Safe Harbors transformed the run-down, welfare hotel into an attractive, well-designed supportive housing. Renamed The Cornerstone Residence, this unique housing opportunity offers support services and job training on-site.
