Safe Harbors of the Hudson and Escae Cookery are pleased to present an introductory 3-day, one-hour, comprehensive, hands-on culinary class for children ages 7 and up.
Children will prepare, cook and enjoy eating a dish they create using the best of the Hudson Valley’s seasonal ingredients and will be exposed to the communal nature of cooking and the values necessary for success in the kitchen and beyond; communication, composure and collaboration.
