Ann Street Market Thank You

We Wish to Extend a Very Special Thank You to All of Our Wonderful Volunteers and Fantastic Vendors and Businesses!

Safe Harbors of the Hudson held the Ann Street Market on Saturday, August 4, 2012. The day began at 12 pm and we had beautiful, sunny weather throughout the day. There was live music throughout the day by William “Prez” Bush, Alyx Coe (classic rock & roll ballads, Motown and R&B covers) and the Dan Brother Band. There was a great variety of market vendors from antiques to arts and crafts, handbags, jewelry, cooking & baking items, food and much more!

A petting zoo with ducks, geese, chickens and a pony were a big hit with the kids, as well as pony rides, free face painting and paper fan making! The Market day ended at 6 pm when the Ann Street Gallery’s opening reception began at 6 pm for Dmitri Kasterine: People & Places, 1955-2011 and the open air exhibit on the outside wall of the Ritz Theater is titled Newburgh: Portrait of a City. This project is made possible, in part, with funds from Orange County Tourism and the County of Orange.

We would like to extend a big thank you to all of our fantastic vendors, talented performers, and wonderful volunteers who helped make this event happen… Thank you for helping make this day so much fun, can’t wait to see you at our next event!
