Bells on Broadway

Saturday, December 3rd we will hold our fourth annual “Bells on Broadway” Arts & Crafts Show and Children’s Holiday Festival, from 10-4pm, We need (1) person to help vendors setup and pack up so volunteers would need to be able to lift, (2) people to work at our children’s craft table where volunteers need to be a little artistic and be able to take direction from the team leader or (3) people to help kids at Santa’s photo shop where volunteers would be Santa’s elves and would need to be able to keep track of kids, print out photos, put them in a frame and get pics to the right people. Volunteers are needed in shifts between 8am and 5pm.

Ann Street Gallery Exhibition Opening

Saturday, December 10th, the Ann Street Gallery will hold an artist reception for Woven Stories, Exhibition of Contemporary Tapestries and we are seeking volunteers to help with set up, serving and cleanup between 5pm and 9pm.

Ritz Theater’s Tom Humphrey Guitar Series Concert

On Saturday, December 10th, the Ritz Theater welcomes back Frank Vignola’s Hot Club. Doors open at 7pm, concert begins at 8pm, and we are seeking volunteers to help with greeting patrons and taking tickets, selling merchandise, assisting in set-up before the event and clean up after the event. There is also a reception with the artists following the concert at 9:30pm downstairs in the Green Room in which refreshments are served. Volunteers are needed anywhere from 6pm – 11pm.
